Troop Scouters have expressed an interest in organizing a fun and challenging Carleton Area Winter Klondike Derby and we are going to make decisions this Friday Dec 10 at 7pm at Tim Hortons on March Rd at Carling.

Each Troop should send at least one representative, and we will decide if or when and where we will have the Derby and how many stations we will set up.  1st Carp has experience and willing to take a leadership role but need the interest, support and commitment of Area Troops. They will bring a demonstration sled for Scouters to examine and will invite a coordinator from an adjacent area to answer questions, offer suggestions and directions.
